Standard Call Reporting is included in the SpydurPBX, and can generate a variety of reports and graphs to allow the office manager to quickly and easily analyze call volume. Call Reporting is very flexible through filtering by multiple criteria across all its reports (detailed log, monthly & daily traffic, and comparisons). You can also export the reports to 3rd party applications as either PDF or CSV (e.g. Microsoft Excel). Furthermore, advanced Queue Statistics is also provided with detailed analysis of abandonment rates, call times, ring times, and various other metrics for your agents across twelve different pre-built reports!
